Divitiae Consulting was born partly out of corporate world frustrations.

 

Having accumulated years of experience in organisations of varying size, across a range of industries and sectors, we discovered that they seemed to share common themes of over-complicated and time-consuming processes. We would sigh at the ineffective structures and lack of ability to think and act strategically – unwilling to allow people to work with autonomy and agility.

So, we rolled up our sleeves and created a modern management consultancy that could help change these outdated practices and make organisations more people-focused, progressive, productive and profitable.
